What to Expect

Veterinary Service with Courtesy and Respect

*Please note that COVID protocols are in effect and have altered service – a staff member will update you at the time of your appointment.  Our hospital entrance is located on Kennedy Road*

When you arrive for your pets’ appointment, you will be greeted warmly by one of our friendly receptionists. Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients in a timely manner and you will be shown into an examination room as soon as we have one available. Although we have contingencies in place for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays and we will do our best to minimize these situations when possible.

At this time and if scheduled, your pet and a limited number of family members are allowed into an examination room. Your veterinarian will perform a thorough physical exam on your pet and address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your pet’s health. Your veterinarian will then discuss further diagnostics or treatment that may benefit your pets’ well being. After meeting with the veterinarian, a member of our qualified staff will meet with you to provide further educational material, explain any medications the veterinarian has dispensed, and answer routine wellness and care questions for you. Our client care specialists will handle billing and schedule any necessary follow up appointments.
